Our story
How It Started

This mission became real when we worked with a care company struggling to find accommodation for vulnerable individuals. Landlords were hesitant — put off by myths that renting to businesses was complicated, risky, or more work. We brought both sides together and the landlords we worked with came to realise just how beneficial this renting model was.

The landlord gained consistent returns without the usual stress, while the company secured the accommodation it needed to continue its vital work. That particular partnership mentioned still thrives today — a proof point that with the right connections, landlords, businesses, and communities all win.

The rental market isn’t working in the most ideal way here in the UK. Demand for housing is higher than ever, yet areas like supported living are overlooked. Meanwhile, landlords are left frustrated with late rent, short-term tenants, property damage, and constant maintenance calls. What should be a simple investment too often turns into a full-time headache.

We knew there had to be a better way.
